Kidnapping for Ransom Complaint

1. Visit CPLC Central Reporting Cell for lodging Kidnapping for Ransom (KFR) complaint.

2. KFR case establishes only when a ransom call/letter received or the victim’s car recovered or there is an eye witness to such kidnapping. As KFR cases are life threatening, they are assigned ‘TOP PRIORITY’.

3. CPLC provides counselling and guidance to the victim’s family.

4. A joint team of CPLC, AVCC/ Police and Rangers investigate the KFR case for the safe recovery of the victim.
